Berendsen has acquired the share capital of RoBi, a Danish company that employs 45 people and has annual turnover of around DKK40million, mainly from the rental and laundering of mats. A spokesman said: "The mat service market in Denmark is big and growing. The acquisition of RoBi fits in well with Berendsen's strategy of continuing to expand in this market."
