San Francisco to host international drycleaners convention

The convention opens with a discussion of the challenges brought about by regulatory developments in California. This will be followed by two sessions, one on rebuilding a business after a serious disaster and the other on expanding the business.

Speakers include Doris Easley on handling antique and rare garments, Becca Anderson on maximising advertising budgets, Harvey Gershenson on developing route business and the UK’s Matthew Barker who will talk about how his company recovered from a disastrous fire.

Delegates from all over the world will explain the state of the industry in their countries.
