Parrisianne will take on the full agency including both sales and engineering support for Sankosha shirt finishing equipment, including collar and cuff presses and body formers.
Most products were already available in Europe ex-stock after the deal.
Sankosha international deputy general manager Ken Uchikoshi said he was confident that the new partnership would work well. "Parrisianne is famous for Union drycleaning machines but has also become a very strong company for finishing equipment, especially shirt finishing." He added that he was sure the company would work very well as most customers were located around London.
Parrisianne sales director Jimmy Holt said that for him one of the nicest features of the deal was that customers who were already using the Japanese finishing equipment had recommended his company to Sankosha because they were very pleased with the service they already received.
