The Spanish app company Jeff has announced its entry to the Moroccan market, offering a lucrative franchise model for laundry and drycleaning to local entrepreneurs, called Mr Jeff. Morocco is now one of Mr Jeff’s most important regional markets with at least 25 stores to open in early 2020.

Mr Jeff offers online laundry services to clients, like the Uber app, who can use either the Mr Jeff app or the website to choose location, time and day of pick up. At the given time, a driver visits the customer’s house to pick up the items before returning them, cleaned and ironed, within 48 hours.

The franchise model has attracted a lot of attention in Morocco and Mr Jeff has received hundreds of applications. In a matter of weeks Jeff sold the first 25 Mr Jeff franchises in Casablanca, Tanger, Marrakech, Mohammedia, Rabat and Nador. Jeff aims to sell more than 200 franchises by the end of the year in other parts of EMEA region.

Jeff was founded in 2015 in Valencia, Spain by Eloi Gómez, Adrián Lorenzo and Rubén Muñoz, three young Spanish entrepreneurs under 30. It operates in 40 countries, offering its users convenient solutions through its app, website and stores. The app is available on Android and iOS devices and offers a network of franchises that completely changes traditional business models. Jeff is undertaking an international expansion process with more than 1,780 stores, including low investment franchise opportunities in Morocco.
