The Drycleaning Institute of Australia (DIA) has announced the conference programme for its Twin Clean Showcase, the international laundry and drycleaning exhibition, which will take place from 29 - 31 August in the Australian Technology Park, Eveleigh, Sydney.
The conference officially opens on the Saturday and keynote speakers include Carolyn Nankervis, president of MarketWise Consulting, on customer service, James Stevens of Roses Only, on marketing, and Andy Lien, director of operations with GreenEarth, who will talk about developments in drycleaning and regulations that affect the industry.
A series of workshops will be held on the Sunday and subjects covered include pick-up and delivery drycleaning services, wedding gowns, and cost groups.
There will also be a panel discussion on wetcleaning and presentations will include " Your Business Success", " Online Presence" and "The Psychology of Communication".
