Sunlight, the UK leader in textile and laundry services to the hospitality and healthcare sectors, is changing its name to Berendsen UK.
For many years, the company has been part of the Berendsen Group, Europe's leading textile service provider. Its name now reflects its position as part of an international business with over 15,000 employees across 16 countries.
Steve Finch, managing director of Berendsen UK's Flat Linen division, stressed that his company remained committed to providing the highest level of service. He added that the first noticeable changes would be in the letterhead and website address, then gradually in re-branded trucks and staff uniforms.
Over time the company would introduce initiatives aimed at improving the service to customers.
