Texcare Asia's eighth edition, which took place in Shanghai in November, set a new attendance record, attracting 10,267 visitors from 54 countries and regions. The figure represents a 20% increase on the total for the previous show in 2013.
The show featured 153 exhibitors including companies from Europe, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and the USA.
Joint organisers Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) and the China Light Industry Machinery Association (CLIMA) said the impressive increase in visitor figures validated the show's status as the first-choice textile care trade exhibition in China and also the rest of Asia.
The next edition of Texcare Asia is scheduled for autumn 2017 and will again take place in Shanghai.
