Organiser Messe Frankfurt RUS and its partner, IEC Crocus Expo of Moscow, said that the first Texcare Forum, a two-day conference and exhibition held from 30 September to 1 October 2009, had proved a success despite its launch in a difficult year of recession.
Eugen Alles, general manager of Messe Frankfurt RUS, said this event had attracted important companies and governmental bodies and that around 300 market professionals had discussed industry forecasts and market concens.
He added: “The results of the Forum encourage us to develop it into a professional trade fair. The Russian market for drycleaning and laundries is young but growing quickly. This indicates that the market will need such events as Texcare in future.”
