Tonrose moves into French market

15 March 2012

In January the company, which is based in Accrington, Lancashire, formed a strategic alliance with Isabelle Trossat, an experienced industry professional who will act as the French agent. She has recently secured the first order for Tonrose products.

Trossat says that she approached Tonrose chairman Terry Sheldon about bringing his company’s linen to France because the products are excellent, their prices competitive and the company has a great reputation in the industry.

Sheldon said: We are always looking for ways to grow Tonrose and expanding into France seemed an obvious step to take.” He adds that when he was approached about forming an alliance he already knew of Trossat so had no concerns about working with her. He was very pleased to have sent Tonrose’s first delivery to Brittany.”
