The Textile Rental Services Association (TRSA), the largest North American textile services association, and the European Textile Services Association (ETSA), the largest European textile services association, have agreed to jointly offer access to their respective resources to improve the safety and performance of their member companies.
TRSA has been participating and sharing information with ETSA and its national associations for the past few years; this agreement, jointly announced on 31 March, formalises the process and provides TRSA and ETSA membership reciprocal access to industry-specific resources for best practices, research, benchmarking, professional development and training, as well as online and print communications.
"TRSA demonstrates our commitment to "Stronger Together" by increasing communications and information-sharing between all textile services organisations," said TRSA president & CEO Joseph Ricci.
"By strengthening our co-operation and learning from each other, we can add even more value for membership," said Robert Long, secretary general, ETSA. "We can benefit mutually from our different trans-Atlantic perspectives... putting both organizations in a better position to promote the interests of textiles services - worldwide."
