The Textile Services Association this month launched a new consumer focussed website to provide customers of high street textile care services advice on why, and how, to care for their garments, curtains, and other products.

Designed to remind customers of the value of their high street dry- or wet- cleaner, the association worked with its members to establish the website with information on the processes of drycleaning and wetcleaning, as well as tips on what to check when handing items in. Customers can fill out the “Get Advice” form to register an issue and receive the TSA Customer Conciliation Service.

The website – www.drycleaningadvice.org – features a direct link to TSA’s Member Directory so, the general public can research their nearest TSA drycleaner and gain a full understanding of the Code of Practice TSA Members adhere to.
