World Emblem expands Mexican production

MEXICO
World Emblem Mexico, one of World Emblem's nine manufacturing locations, has doubled its manufacturing footprint and moved to a new 125,000 square foot location in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
World Emblem, a leading global supplier of high quality apparel decorations,
originally opened a 30,000 square foot site in Mexico in 2005. Continued growth meant the site became insufficient and a decision was made to move to a larger facility. The move was completed in February 2016.
World Emblem Mexico currently has over 100 embroidery machines and over 1,000 sewing heads with even more machines to arrive in the upcoming months. "This equipment gives us the capacity to produce more than 60,000 emblems per day," said general manager Alberto Albarran. "We made the move to ensure capacity for existing clients and forecasted growth over the next 10 years."
