As a key supplier of linen services to the Hospitality and Private Healthcare markets we are seeking to strengthen our management team through the appointment of a customer service manager

This is a new appointment designed to further build relationships between our CUSTOMERS and our MEMBERS. For the right applicant this offers the chance to progress in this interesting and challenging role and help in moulding strategy as the group continues to grow and develop.

The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams together with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service improvement.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and inclusive team culture that values collaboration, innovation and customer focus.

This is a national role and will require regular travel to customer and operational sites across the UK. A full driving licence is essential.

Starting Salary will be circa £45k pa plus expenses.
