The agreement was signed on May 23, but was subject to due diligence and customary closing conditions. “We are very pleased to have completed this transaction with LSG,” said Alliance Laundry’s president and chief executive officer Tom L’Esperance.
Alliance completes deal
Alliance Laundry Systems announced on 14 July that it has now completed the purchase of Laundry Systems Group’s (LSG) commercial laundry operation for around 59million Euros.
