CENTRAL/EAST EUROPE
CINET, the International Committee of Professional Textile Care, has announced the agenda for the fourth edition of the CEE-TEX Summit this autumn in a joint initiative with Polish Laundry Association (Stowarzyszenie Pralników Polskich – SPP), host of this year's summit.
The event from 12 to 14 of October, at Hotel Windsor in Serock, Warsaw, is organised in collaboration with other national associations from the CEE region.
The aim of the summit is to further strengthen the co-operation and overall position of professional textile care in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
The main topics of the agenda focus on the concept of “Innovation, business models and sustainable development in professional textile care”, with the participation of expert speakers. Topics include:
- The newest trends and methods of textile management
- Innovative detergents and processes for the maintenance of modern textile products and innovative laundry machines for efficient washing and finishing of linen and garments
- Modern laundry technology and cost generation in a laundry plant
- Ecological aspects in modern laundry systems
The company visit is to the Prawol Laundry on Thursday, 12 October.
There will also be PTC Technology round table discussion on innovation, cost effectiveness and efficiency.
