CINET the European textile care association is planning a series of books on Professional Textile Care around the world.
The first two titles in the World of PTC are scheduled for publication by the end of this year.
"Safe and Sustainable Processing in PTC" will look at working methods and provide an overview of industry innovations and current best practices. It will also discuss processing issues for both drycleaning and industrial laundering.
The second volume – "Market characteristics and trends in PTC" – will contain an overview of PTC markets worldwide.
CINET says the books will contain facts and figures about each professional textile care market as well as presenting them through the eyes of regional experts in the form of written contributions and editorials.
The project is being co-ordinated by CINET secretariat in the Netherlands but will include contributions from PTC organisations around the world.
