Oxwash, the laundry and drycleaning startup set on disrupting the traditional industry and attracting the custom of millennials, both consumer and business, today announced that it has launched two new apps available  on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Oxwash serves both consumers and businesses that previously could only order via the Oxwash website or over the phone. The new app brings their ordering process to their customers fingertips, as Oxwash continues to invest in improving the customer experience through their proprietary technology.

Kyle Grant, CEO and co-founder, said: ‘I’m both incredibly proud and embarrassed that we’ve grown to where we are today without an app! It’s testament to our service that people know quality when they see it rather than just browsing a plethora of marketplace laundry apps. That being said I’m very excited to see our new apps out in the wild and helping bring responsible laundry and dry cleaning to all.’

Having launched its third ‘Lagoon’ in London in October after a successful summer opening in Cambridge and pilot in Oxford, Oxwash is now hoping to extend its reach further through the app. Free to download and easy to use, customers will be able to book collection and delivery slots and make their orders with just a few taps, ‘de-frictioning’ the customer experience and making doing laundry easier and more sustainable than ever.

Oxwash is part of Founders Factory’s accelerator programme and Kyle Grant was recently selected as Forbes Europe’s 30 under 30. Oxwash is an alumni of the Oxford University Foundry L.E.V8 program in the 2018/19 cohort and has notable senior advisors including Biz Stone (Twitter), Paul Forster (indeed.com), and Ben Legg (Google).
