Richmond Laundries received the Best Independent – Laundry title at the LCN Awards 2018, which took place on Thursday, 27 September at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole. In addition, Elite Dry Cleaners won the award for Best Independent – Drycleaning, their second on the night having received the title for Best Customer Service – Drycleaner.
The event was sponsored by HJ Weir, Ideal Manufacturing, Tonrose, Bryant Plastics and supported by CINET and The Guild of Cleaners and Launderers. More images from the evening can be found at www.LCNawards.co.uk.
As well as being a winner in the UK, Richmond Laundries and Elite Dry Cleaners will be put forward to take part in the next CINET Global Best Practices Awards.
CINET has teamed up with The LCN Awards scheme as the UK source for its own prestigious global awards. Shortridge and Seven Dials Dry Cleaners, winners at the LCN Awards in 2017, are attending the CINET awards during this month’s ExpoDetergo show in Milan.
