Communications experts from member firms of the European Textile Services Association (ETSA) have selected GKK MullenLowe, an advertising agency from Austria, to raise greater awareness of the benefits of using textile services, in particular on how the industry members can help customers to protect the environment.

The key target group for this image campaign will be millennials and users of social media. The agency will develop materials this summer in order for members to launch the campaign in early September.
