He added that following the acquisition, the Goudkuil group will continue to do business under the Lavatec Inc name and from the same factory and premises that that company has occupied during the past 24 years.
Lavatec Inc’s staff, including the sales force and service technicians experienced in handling the equipment, will remain with the Dutch employers.
