Laundrylux, the independent distributor of professional laundry equipment, has acquired the assets of CESCO in Washington State, the company announced on 17 January. CESCO serves the coin/vended laundry, dry cleaning, on premise (OPL) and multi-housing (apartment/guest laundry) markets in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington state as well as internationally.
“Laundrylux is delighted to partner with Rich Boyd, who we have worked with for many years, to turbocharge the Pacific Northwest market and accelerate growth in the Western USA,” said John Sabino, Laundrylux’s CEO.
“CESCO goes back decades with Wascomat and Electrolux professional laundry, so this makes perfect sense,” said Rich Boyd. “I welcome the opportunity to become an investor in Laundrylux’s consolidation of multi-brand professional laundry distribution nationwide. The future is here and I’m excited to be part of it!”
Neal Milch, executive chairman of Laundrylux, said: “We have announced two acquisitions with many more in development, and every transaction includes experienced management continuing to run their business. With access to Laundrylux’s many resources and capabilities, we are confident even greater success is assured.”
