There are now 9,500 companies in 90 countries actively involved in Oeko-Tex certification and the 15 Oeko-Tex member institutes have processed on average over 10,000 certificates each year.
The Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is used by the textile industry to test for harmful substances. Products at all stages of the processing chain are certified.
