TSA is offering 100 free delegate places, on a first come, first served basis. TSA president Colin Hill,managing director of Blue Dragon Cleaners Ltd, will address the conference, and subjects covered by other speakers include customer care, waste care,health and safety, and a progress reports on permits in Scotland.
