The Association for Linen Management (ALM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Schlimgen, director of managed services for Novo Health Services, to its Board of Directors.
With more than seven years at Novo Health Services, Matt brings a strong background in operational leadership, technical services, and healthcare laundry management. Before joining Novo, he served as a technical services manager at Girbau and held the position of chief engineer at Alsco, where he developed deep expertise in plant operations, process improvement, and team leadership in the textile care industry.
