The Textile Care Allied Trades Association (TCATA) welcomed its members from across the industry to its 2025 Management & Educational Conference, 27–30 April at The Ritz-Carlton Tiburón in Naples, Florida. With the theme ‘Weaving the Fabric of Success’, the event brought together manufacturers, distributors, and service professionals for three meaningful days of learning, connection, and networking.
The conference featured an outstanding group of speakers including:
• Will Bowen, international speaker and author of A Complaint Free World opened the event with an inspiring keynote on building a positive, high-performing workplace culture. He also led the Executive Idea Exchange, facilitating peer-driven discussions.
• Alex Chausovsky, director of analytics and consulting at the Bundy Group, delivered a timely economic outlook, exploring current trends and what lies ahead for businesses in the textile care sector.
• Christopher White, executive director of America’s Best Cleaners, presented a forward-looking session on sustainability and circularity in textile care, highlighting best practices and innovations shaping the future of the industry.
During the event, TCATA announced the appointment of Nathan Frerichs of American Trade Magazines to its Board of directors. Frerichs brings over a decade of experience in digital media and industry publishing. Leaving the Board after many years of diligent service was Charlie Thompson of American Trade Magazines.
